For years David Phillips worked side by side with Lake Mantooth of 4Star LLC. As time progressed, Lake decided his time was best spent focusing mainly on property development and fishing. In 2020, David founded Heritage Home Builders to continue the legacy of building high quality homes that Lake started so many years ago. David has been working in the construction industry since 1991 and has extensive experience with trim work and framing. David decided to focus his energy on serving as a contractor and helping people in all stages of life to build their dream homes.
